Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Order Cancellation & RETURNS/REFUNDS

You are entitled to cancel Your order within 48 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

After this period, the order may have already been processed and shipped, and We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if You change your mind. However, You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped You from buying the item if You had known about it;
  • is unsafe;
  • is significantly different from the sample or description;
  • doesn’t do what We said it would.

The deadline for returning an order is 14 days from the date You ordered the Goods. To exercise Your right of returning Goods for a refund, You must provide some form of proof of purchase and inform Us of Your decision in a clear statement. You can inform Us of Your decision:

We undertake to inform You of the outcome of Our evaluation no later than14 days from the day We receive the returned Goods.

If, after evaluating the product(s), We confirm that there has been a problem, You have the option of having the product(s) replaced or Your money back, including reimbursement of any return costs You have incurred (provided they are reasonable; You will need to provide Us with receipt for shipping charges). We will use the same means of payment that You used for the order.

If we find that the Goods were fine, We will not be able to refund delivery costs (Ours and Yours) and may charge You for inspection costs (We will provide You with an estimate of these costs before initiating the returns process).

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • Returned Goods were purchased within the last 14 days;
  • Returned Goods have not been opened / used.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We therefore advise You to use a traceable mail service. We will not be able to issue a refund unless We have received and inspected the Goods, or in the absence of proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were supplied to You as a gift, there will be no refund and no return will be required if You are no longer interested in the product(s); however, if the product(s) do not meet Your expectations, We would be grateful if You could explain the reasons for Your dissatisfaction.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift when We delivered them, or if the donor had the order despatched to You at a later date, We will send the refund to the gift giver (please note that the above “Conditions for Returns” still apply).
